The recovery in the global manufacturing economy continued in November, with operating conditions improving for the fifth successive month. At 53.6, down slightly from October’s 39-month high of 54.4, the JPMorgan Global Manufacturing PMI (Purchasing Managers’ Index) signalled a solid rate of expansion.
