All mortgage brokers in Ireland must be licensed by the Office of the Financial Regulator.

In this section we publish the A – Z list of licensed brokers and intermediaries in Ireland.

As the areas of loans and investments constitute the highest risk of fraud it is very important that you know that the broker or intermediary you are dealing with is licensed and fully legal. Check this list to see if the broker you are dealing with is on it.

If they are not, have nothing to do with them and report their activities to the Financial Regulator or the Gardai.
